We also knew we needed someone willing to work with our numbers as we had no money to work with . This home was so much work from the day we bought it less then a year ago to the 7 months it took to sell it. Jason is aggressive, knowledgeable and has a woman named Tanya apart of his team who seriously felt like the biggest blessing for us through this incredibly scary process as we almost foreclosed during this. To be honest, because of her efforts keeping us always in the loop, she never gave up and truly was so caring about our very tough situation. We closed days before foreclosure process would begin. BUT it was at no fault because of them - they (Jason and his team) put in SO much work into helping us fix little things, countless efforts negotiating with several buyers, and constantly pushing through when we had just about every single thing go wrong as we tried to sell the house basically - as is .
